Project Manager | Garden Implementation
Michael is the driving force that turns our visions into reality. As an architecture graduate, he combines a designer’s eye with a profound understanding of technical complexities.
As our Project Manager, he oversees the entire implementation process from A to Z—handling everything from precise cost estimation to on-site management. He ensures that every technical detail aligns perfectly with the original concept, guaranteeing that our gardens are as durable as they are beautiful.




Dana
Art Director & Landscape Architect
She has been passionate about art since childhood. At the age of 7, she enrolled in an art school and has not stopped creating since then. She graduated from Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Technology. Currently, she draws inspiration from timeless architectural forms to fuel her creative process.
She found herself between art and landscape. By creating beautiful spaces, she fulfills the dreams of clients while fulfilling herself as an artist too. In the studio, Dana is responsible for design concepts and visualizations.

Once, in search of the first client, together with Matwij Romaniuk, she threw business cards into mailboxes. The idea, of course, did not work out and in this way we did not manage to get a single customer :-).
Currently, she is responsible for strategy and marketing at Romaniuk Studio. She adjusts the studio’s services to the needs of potential clients.

Art Director & Landscape Architect
Ambassador of the studio’s philosophy and the first employee at Romaniuk Studio. Ilona believes that by renewing the closeness of man and nature, she changes people’s lives for the better.
Ilona promotes ecological solutions. She believes that gardens should be designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape. This effect is achieved by using native plant species, which are commonly referred to as weeds. She constantly deepens her knowledge in the field of natural plant communities.
Ilona loves trekking mountain trips. There she charges her batteries and collects inspiration.

Landscape Architect
Her signature style is a seamless blend of nature and cutting-edge technology. She is constantly exploring innovative software and design tools to push the boundaries of traditional landscape architecture. It is this passion for modern techniques that ensures every garden she creates is not only unique but visually stunning in every detail.



Liza
Marketing Manager
As a marketing manager, Liza is dedicated to ensuring that our beautifully crafted, functional, and meticulously designed concepts reach the broadest audience possible, inspiring the design and creation of gardens in harmony with nature. She is responsible for our marketing strategy, social media, and increasing awareness of the Romaniuk Studio. In a world filled with so much noise, Liza finds inspiration in the simple and beautiful moments of everyday life. The values of Romaniuk Studio resonate deeply with her, and her work inspires her every day.



Igor
Foreman
Foreman of the Romaniuk Studio construction team. He is responsible for controlling the implementation of tasks, delivery of construction materials, organization of machinery and construction equipment.
He makes sure that the plot is tidy during the construction of the garden.
Privately, Matwij’s dad, who willingly works for the common idea of the studio.



Walter
Senior Builder
Handyman. Based on the design, he is able to do everything. He built blocks of flats in Germany, finished luxury apartments in Israel. He built a house for his family with his own hands.
