In the frontyard, a isdriveway made of decorative concrete pavement with a pedestrian crossing, which was separated by a row of planted hydrangeas. On the main terrace, a large wooden table with benches has been designed, where Investors will be able to eat meals with their family and friends. Right next to it, there is a fireplace with benches and a water reservoir with three cascades.
A big challenge in the designed area was the significant difference in soil masses and the lowering of the ground floor of the house in relation to the plot, which resulted in the creation of terrain stairs and a recreational lawn at a higher level. In the corner of the plot there is also a place for a roofed gazebo on a slope with a wooden landing.
