Progress: House under construction
Perched on a terraced hillside above the bay, The Unseen Garden is a dialogue between bold architecture and Miami’s tropical softness. It doesn’t seek attention — it simply lives with the rhythm of light, water, and air.
The approach sets the tone: a gentle driveway through palms and native trees as the home’s sculptural form reveals itself. Architecture and landscape blend — vines soften strong lines, and filtered light plays across textured walls.
The garden thrives on contrasts: wild planting beside sharp geometry, openness balanced with shaded intimacy. Privacy emerges naturally through layers of lush vegetation.
At the center, a horizon-reflecting pool sits where sunlight lasts longest, surrounded by soft greens and swaying grasses. A wooden deck creates a quiet retreat for barefoot mornings and slow afternoons.
Terraces follow the slope — one hiding a jacuzzi in dense foliage, another offering a shaded lounge. Small gestures — a timber curve, a narrow view between palms — show design that listens.
A sunken firepit glows at dusk, wrapped in stone and greenery, becoming the garden’s intimate heart. From here, house and landscape merge into one calm composition.
Modern architecture meets organic softness: stone steps, minimalist materials, native planting in perfect balance. The Unseen Garden is meant to be lived in — morning coffee by the pool, the rustle of leaves, time slowing in Miami’s warm air. Quiet luxury, effortless and alive.
